Canada.
The Canadian Section had the good fortune to be
organized by Major V. E. Melos, Canadian Trade
Commissioner, who did yeoman work for the Empire at the
Fai F. xhibits included salmon from the Fraser River,
flour, rolled oats and Canada's staple product, wheat.
An unsweetened milk, known to the trade as "Evaporated
Milk" was neatly packed in tine-airtight and guaranteed,
The brand yiner" appeared on most of the tinned
and bottled products, this being the brand of a fim
which was brought into being when nearly 150 canneri es
combined.

Australia,
The Australian exhibit was on the mall side, as
Australian products are not well-known in Hongkong and
there is no Australian Trade Representative.
The wines of the country were represented by the
products of Beppelts, cums, canned fruits and other
preserves from the H. Is Jones' canneries formed an
attractive offering and bags of flour from a number of
mills were stacked on one side.
A large export trade in Australian flour is now
being done with the East, but not so great that it could
not be materially increased. The flour exhibit was
therefore both interesting and valuable.
New Zealand.
The New Zealand exhibit consisted chiefly of
camples of "Anchor" brand of the famous butter. One
